Installation and Repair
Roblin Tech Services is partnered with Xplore to offer home installation and repair of Xplore Fixed Wireless Internet, Xplore LTE Internet, Xplore 5G Internet and Xplore Satellite Internet services (formerly Xplornet). All customer support and scheduling for Xplore Internet is provided directly by Xplore. If you require service or support, you must contact Xplore directly, as we are unable to access existing customer accounts. We are also unable to assist with troubleshooting or diagnoising issues with Xplore services by chat or over the phone.
We are happy to assist with your Xplore service once you speak with Xplore to schedule an appointment. Xplore will schedule a day and time directly with you where we can come out.
We are also unable to accept retuns of Xplore hardware. You must contact Xplore for instructions on returning equipment by mail.
