Roblin Tech Services is partnered with Shaw Direct and Rogers to offer home installation and repair to Shaw Direct Satellite TV (formerly Starchoice). All customer support and scheduling for Shaw Direct Satellite TV is provided directly by Shaw Direct. If you require service or support, you must contact Shaw Direct directly, as we are unable to access existing customer accounts. We are also unable to assist with troubleshooting or diagnoising issues with Shaw Direct services by chat or over the phone.
We are happy to assist with your Shaw Direct once you speak with Shaw Direct to schedule an appointment. Shaw Direct will schedule a day and time directly with you where we can come out.
Please be advised we no longer sell Shaw Direct hardware, such as receivers or remotes. You must contact them directly.
We are also unable to accept retuns of Shaw Direct hardware. You must ship this back to Shaw Direct by mail.
